4 Life Essentials, You Don’t Have to Miss Out, Whatsoever

Apple over books

Living without clarity in life can be painful.

If you don’t know what you want in life, it can be tough to move forward.

There is so much uncertainty.

This can lead to you becoming distracted.

Your focus keeps shifting, and you barely get any success.

And yet you do not truly feel fulfilled, successful, or happy.

What is Missing?

No matter what kind of life you have, no matter how comfortable you are, there’s just one thing missing.

We are often not sure exactly what we wish for in life.

Therefore, we chase more and more, but we do not feel better.

It is very frustrating, no doubt about it…

My goal was to become a successful person in my 20s, and I worked so hard to achieve this goal.

I lived with my parents in a poor village in the middle of Iraq, part of a family of nine, and I had some good friends with who I was very close, and my health was good.

Growing up, I lived in a relatively poor neighbourhood, and as a child, I thought that I had made it in some respects. I felt that I was very fortunate.

The problem is that I was not feeling any kind of joy or vibrancy in life.

Something was lacking.

Can you guess what it was?

Until recently, I was sometimes confused about what we all want once we can acquire basic sustenance and safety.

I had no idea that we all want just four things in life.

These are what I call The Four ESSENTIALS of Life.

To figure it out took years of studying, training, coaching, and a lot of struggle.

It is as simple as that. That is what you want.

I’m not sure if you realize this now, but that is all you need.

Let’s have a look at how it works.

The Four Essentials

Aliveness

Indeed, we all strive for vibrancy in our lives at different mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual levels.

As the concept – Aliveness – is often equated with what other people call energy, we may frequently label this thing with one or more kinds of emotions rather than calling it an energetic state, such as joy, zest, passion, adventure, intrigue, variety, excitement, consciousness.

Combining all of these things contributes to an overall sense of life. The purpose of mindfulness is to experience a sense of aliveness at the moment, a sense of awareness of energy.
The more we feel the day, the more we will enjoy it.
A vibrant environment is what we are looking for.

Whenever we don’t have it, it is the worst feeling ever.

Since we want all those things, we do not like to feel or be frightened by death, decay, or boredom.

Connectivity

We all long for deep, authentic relationships with ourselves and others as human beings.

We work so hard to feel connected to our family, friends, colleagues, and community because we want to feel valued and respected by them.

Many people say it’s “love,” but we all have experienced the occasional love and not felt connected to it.

What am I trying to say?

The best part about living a fulfilling life is truly being connected to other people.

Relationships are hard to maintain, and you have to work hard on them, but they are worth it very much.

Purposeful Pursuits

Even though we can have a sense of aliveness and connection, if we don’t pursue things that matter to us, bringing us a sense of meaning and fulfilment when we seek them, it becomes nothing more than short-term happiness and excitement.

Most of the people I interact with are busy, but they don’t do anything that makes them happy, aligns with their nature, and brings them the satisfaction that we all know is meaningful and necessary in our lives.

Growth Mindset

So many of us are working hard in these challenging times, but we aren’t growing.

Although we have good relationships, even love, there’s no growth; even though we try more things, there’s no momentum to become the best versions of ourselves or manifest the potential that we know exists in our hearts.

You don’t have to reach your highest level of achievement by going through your growth process. Still, you’ll feel like you are expressing your whole truth, feeling a sense of vital authenticity, and expanding your feelings about life.

This sounds like many words to people who have never experienced real inspiration, transformational experiences, or profound insights and aha moments about life.

The concept of growth sounds like nonsense to people who prefer to live in mediocrity or haven’t experienced true mastery or progress in their lives.

For those who do not feel these emotions or feelings, perhaps it is time for you to commit to self-improvement as a way of life because there is so much more to life and you than you may think.

In a nutshell, those were the four primary drives that ensured a fulfilled life.

People will often ask, “but how do I get these things done?”

As long as I live, there is only one answer to this question, so I’m going to reiterate this statement throughout the rest of this post:

Self-improvement MUST be an integral part of your life.

You must start a learning journey and personal growth work that usually begins by setting goals, establishing good habits, reading books, watching Tutorial videos to learn new skills, connecting with successful people, taking a coaching session, and hiring a Mentor; these things will help you understand and feel more distinctions about yourself and your life.

We strive to do that here at the site, which matters most.

We aim to give you access to the tools, training, coaching, and conversations that will open up your world and allow you to discover more about yourself at the same time.

All the time, we introduce you to personal growth topics that will enable you to develop your life’s concepts, make your plans, and challenge yourself to be the best version of who you are and who you are meant to be.

I am so passionate about this.

Rather than editing my post, I wrote everything in the stream of consciousness that came to mind when I was writing it all in one sitting this morning just for you, without any editing whatsoever.

I feel such a sense of aliveness, connection, meaning, and growth in serving you that I just started jamming it out, and my pulse slowly increased.

In the end, I want to provide you with the best service that I can in your journey to growth because I believe in you, and this comes straight from my heart.

We enjoy doing this work for you regularly because every day is an opportunity to grow as a human being.
